CoolTechnica - Reputable?

I've been thinking about getting one of CoolTechnica's water-cooled cases but I'm starting to worry about them, given that I'd be handing them about $450 for all the stuff and might get scammed like I almost was with ColorCases. It worries me that I e-mailed them asking about some of their products and now, after 4 days, I haven't heard a peep from them .. all their stuff seems to be out of stock-- yet it's available on the H2O cooling case configuration page?! I'm confused..

What are your experiences with these guys? What are some other sources of H2O cooling gear I should check out?

Try ordering something small like $20 worth of stuff first. I've never heard of them myself but their prices seem just about the same as FrozenCPU.

I bought from there, with no problems.

I read on procooling that Bruce (the owner) is off visiting relatives at the moment, no idea who's running things while he's gone. Best wait until he's back.

I've ordered from them a few times with no probs..matter of fact..got couple of items coming right now..got the ship notification today...Bruce is a standup guy...replaced my Hydor L30 after it started making noises and gave me some good advice on usage...
