Coolit Eliminator, Any good?

Does anyone here know much about the Coolit Eliminator? For 199.99 they seem like a pretty good deal for the cooling power they have:

That's on high settings, and I don't think it is the quietest thing, but I'm just wondering if anyone has any hands on experience with one of these things. Thinking of either getting one of these or heading into true water cooling.

Read the HSF roundup on [H]ard|OCP. They compared it to a bunch of HSF units...

There's much better bang for the buck.
