I recently purchased the NZXT Sentry 2 fan controller. It also reads temps. What I noticed was when certain fans are turned on or up the temps of my gpu raise about 3-4 Celsius. I have an Antec 900. The first fan I took off was the side door panel fan. I have read lots of cases where that actually does not help. The odd ones are the top 200mm fan. When turned on the gpu temps go 2-3 Celsius warmer. Another odd one was the front fans. there are two. The bottom one actually helps while the other also raises the gpu temps.
