Cooling Fluid, does it matter?

I ask because I have some TT blocks that say only use TT fluid, then I have some koolance blocks that say to only use Koolance Fluid.

But then I wanted to get some red fluid, so wondering if it makes that big of a difference, was looking at this or this one. Also, was wondering if this product does any good or not.
