I am looking to replace my V1000, however, due to space constraints, i need a PSU under 18 cm long. Is there anything like that on the market?
 
While OCing my 290X, i exceeded the load on one of the PCI-E connectors, and had a mini meltdown. PSU still works, but i don't trust it that much anymore.
 
I would sell you my motor home (sig), as I'm downsizing, but it's about 3 inches too long for your case.
