Coolermaster Cosmos S

Yay, this is the black version I been waiting for, for my WHS. :p

EDIT: YuK! This isn't even the same case as the Cosmos 1000. Where are all the individual hdd mounting brackets? This reminds me of those blasted Stacker's.

Finally on their site, sweet. I am hoping that Microcenter gets this soon so I can check it out in person. I love the changes that they made from the normal Cosmos although for the most part. Wonder if you can install the door from the normal Cosmos on the Storm?

God damnit, i bought a cosmos 1000 around christmas and now they come out with this?

What pisses me off is they fixed the cooling problem in the top, now its just a grate and no longer a plastic shroud. Anyone who owns the cosmos 1000 knows the plastic shroud on the top is a piece of shit and REALLY restricts air.

" Keep-out requirement for CPU cooler installation:,
At least 5.7 inch(145mm) separation between motherboard and the side panel of COSMOS "

What does that mean in the specs? Is 145mm the max height for a CPU cooler while using the side panel? That could be bad. The TRUE120 is 160mm tall.

I think that's what it means, most logical at least.

Also noticed another possible annoyance...the front mesh bays seem to have a slight angle in the center, so I would think that would mean that drives added in won't sit flush. And I know that would drive me crazy.

The Centurion 590 still looks great though...
