Just built a machine using the Coolermaster Centurion 4, which has the analog blue power meter in the front. I just uses a 4-pin molex connector. My question is this: why doesn't it do anything? It lights up but the needle doesn't move. It's plugged into the same power rail as my HD and everything in the machine is working fine. Also, there is an adjustment wheel labeled meter or something that does nothing when you turn it.

Anyone used this/similar case before. Am I missing something. The instructions and web-site offer no help.

btw, I know this isn't a "modding" question, but didn't know where else to put it.

Thanks in advance.

I believe that "meter" responds to sound, much like the sound-activated CCFLs or LEDs. Have you tried (seriously) cranking up the volume on your speakers?

P.S. Been diggin' that case myself. So need a change . . .

I haven't tried that yet.. no speakers hooked up to it. Just built the machine for a buddy, so it's sitting on my dining room table. It looks even better in real life than in the pic.. I reccommend it highly. Put a 120MM fan with Blue LED's on it inside it and it glows around the disk drive spacers slightly.. looks pretty badass.

Thanks
