Coolermaster Aquagate vs. Tunique tower

On a system with the specs in my sig, how would temps differ if I switched from my aquagate to a tunique tower. I am and will be sleeping in the same room as my computer, so noise is a concern, and the aquagate makes a bit too much. The fans don't spin at a consistent speed, they pulse, and I don't want to blue light from the screen shining.
When I get new RAM and that no longer holds me back I do want to overclock further, and the lower the temps that better. With the current setup CPU never really gets much above 30 c under load.
