Cooler Master Aquagate

Would this be a water cooling system for someone who wants to give watercooling a try? I would also overclock as well. I could build my own kit although I have no idea of what to look for.
 
I considered buying an Aquagate before building a DD kit. It's not a bad kit for entry level but I don't think it would be very good if you're overclocking... just my opinion though.

I got one to dabble. VERY happy with it. had my 3500 running at 2.6 and it was around 36degrees ish on fan 2 under load.....ive had problems with my bios and scared to go higher in voltage :( but that was with an xt pe in the loop aswell core at 575.

Now I'mrunning everything at stock at the mo, still on fan 2 and it doesn't go above 25 degrees under load.

Obviously climate, room temp etc are factors, but I'm very pleased with it.
