Iv pretty much decided i wanna go with WC to keep my system cool. But i was wondering if i would gain better results from a ducted intake from a cooler of some sort. Dunno if this has been tried but lemme try to explain the sort of thing i mean. Attach ducting to the intake fan, mod the ducting to hold a peltier with a Heat sink attached (for better cooling of flowing air) And a heatsink on the hot side of the peltier with some sort of active cooling. Bit of a random out there use for a peltier, Jus dont wanna meddle in the market of slapping one on my CPU just yet. The power issue is not a problem as i will be running two PSU's in sync
 
You wouldn't gain anything by doing that opposed to simply applying the peltier to your CPU. It only makes the solution more complex and I believe the benefits would not be dramatic because of this (too many heat exchanges). Also, you'd have to two heatsinks on one peltier, thus two different airflows associated with one peltier. Meaning one inside your case, one outside, and two different fans? Too complicated.

It would be more efficient to add the peltier to your resevoir, cooling the water. You could even have your CPU on a closed loop with the peltier-cooled resevoir, and as a completely separate system have the hot side of the peltier on a closed loop with radiators.
Still too complex and wouldn't perform better than applying the peltier to your CPU.

Correct me if I've misunderstood your idea.
 
additional problem is that having a heatsink on the cold side of the pelt would most likely frost up the fins of the heatsink until no air is able to pass through.

i also think that it would take a lot of cooling power to make a worthwhile peltier water chiller, with the two-loops design. it'd be a pain to do the condensation proofing as well.
