Coolbits2 Overclock rests after every computer restart!

Every time I overclock my video card with Coolbits2 and restart my computer, the settings are reset. And yes, I have the box checked to apply settings at restart or whatever it says. Anyone ever heard of thios or have any sugesstions? It's really annoying and I hate using other programs (like powerstrip) to OC my card. Thanks in advance guys!
 
make sure you have tested settings in coolbits (after changes press test button) (you have to test settings in order for them to apply)

I had the same problem, but when I checked the "apply settings at startup" checkbox they went away
 
I just flashed my BIOS with my max OC :/. I did the "test settings" and had the "apply settings at startup" box checked. But I will try coolbits3 for fun now :)
