cool screws for modding

Anybody know where you can get interesting metal screws for modding?
I looking for some black socket/hex screws wtih a flat head but am open to any other ideas.

I am building a frame for a case window and am working with only 1/8th inch alluminum. Need to run a screw through this, some acrylic, and the case itself.
Want the screw to be flush with the 1/8th think inch aluminum (challenge).

Any ideas?

I personaly like Polished Stainless Allenheads myself. But you will need to countersink your holes to make any screw flush...

McMaster-Carr is the place to get the hardware for all your mods. They have just about any screw, nut, bolt, tubing, etc you can imagine.

Try True Value hardware stores, they always have a large variety of screws.

He carries both standard and metric

Capheads Counter sink and flat

Also if you call him up for a certain amount of one size or different size he will work with you
