I stumbled across this program, it's been out for a while but I just found it now, glad I did.;

I figured i'd give it a shot and it turns out it's pretty damn cool. Basically it will give you transparent borders ala Vista in XP. It's free and it works, no installation required and you can set it to run at startup. Also you can download skins for it..this guy has some good stuff..

You download the skin unzip it and dump it in the skins folder in TrueTransparency..restart TT and select the skin and it works.
Best part is there's no modifying system files or any of that.
