Cool and Quiet Case

Hello all. I'm looking for suggestions on my next case, but it needs to run cool (most important) and quiet. I don't plan on overclocking, so extreme measures need not apply. That being said, I have looked at water cooling because I always figured it would be easier to quiet a water cooled set up than an air cooled one. However, I do tend to move my PC around alot, so water cooling may not be the best idea. I've heard good things about the Antec Sonata, but I'm not sure I really want to go back to a steel case.

As far as the system going into it, 3500+ & 6800GT is the plan (the 3500+ is easy, anyone know where I can get a 6800GT?) As well as a SATA harddrive and the normal other components. I assume this will put out a lot more heat than my current system, a 2000+ with 9700pro. I've always had problems with my current system overheating, and I'm willing to blame it on a crappy case. So- suggestions on a new case as well as what type of cooling should be done?
 
Antec Sonata is a cool running and quiet case. YOu might want to also take a look at the Chenbro Gaming bomb PC61160
 
Lian-Li is always a good way to go. I have the pc-61. But if you move it around a lot, maybe look into one of the Super Lanboys.
