Do I need to worry about the leftover thermal paste on the CPU? If so, what can I use to clean that up? Thanks
 
Yes, worry about it. 99% rubbing alcohol works well, and some people use nail-polish remover (arsenic?) instead. Dip q-tips into the liquid and scrub.
