i have ripped some of my CD's to flac awhile back... and i got a free mp3 player and i was wanting to convert those flacs to good mp3.. maybe 256 or something... i also have some other live shows in OGG that i would like convert too

you guys have any ideas on what free program could do this? or should i try and reencode my cd's and just forget about the live shows??
