Going to make a smallish upgrade of my computer and a bit questioning about psu ratings.
Using the wattage calculator on antecs homepage it gives me a estimated wattage of about 380w. However this is continous power. Currently I have a neoHE 550 which at glance would handle it well. But since 550w is the maximum power I'm wondering what is the continous power from it. This since I seriously doubt the psu can handle 550w continously (of course I'm not going to run 24/7 but I'd like to be sure)
The new specs will most likely be:
c2d e6400 (will try some moderate overclocking on it as well)
4Gb corsair pc5400 ram
2xsata drives
8800gt
1xdvd burner
and a sound card.
