IB CPU's are coming in a week or two if I'm not mistaken? If so wait for 3570k or 3750k I forget the model number but it's just like a 2500k with built in PCI-E 3.0. Go that route broham.

I agree, Ivy Bridge is so close, it almost makes too much sense to wait a couple/few weeks. Nice thing is that the new i5-3570K will be right around the same price as the current i5-2500K. And it will allow you to take full advantage of the new Z77 features.

And that will cost about $300 or so? Just trying to get an estimate.

[DejaWiz]

Yes, intel has confimed the i5-3570K price at $225 and the i7-3770K at $332.

...not including about 2-15% retailer/e-tailer price gouging at time of release and depending on where you shop, of course.

Why not try Amazon and get free shipping with no tax. I orderd the Kuhler from Amazon and it was 61.99 shipped.
