Ok, Well I ordered my 940b from newegg, and i was looking around for drivers and manuals and stuff for it and i came across a 940bf model. I can find the 940b in several places for sale but not the 940bf model, but there is a press release saying it's a holiday release. So it this really the same monitor or is the 940bf newer?

OK, to determine the difference between the Samsung 940B and 940BF:
my 940BF has the "RTA" (response time accelerator):

Does the 940B have this? The user manual for the 940B does NOT mention it.

Could a 940B owner kindly hop into the display configuration and let us know if there's an "RTA" (response time accelerator) control?

hector48: thank you! several people had already speculated that was a difference and this settles it.
