What you appear to be looking at is a “bare bones system”. Check newegg, zipzzomfly etc, they all stock them.

Might I suggest however that if you pick your own parts and build from scratch you might be way ahead of the game. If you buy bare bones all your getting is the motherboard screwed to the case for you, probably the easiest part of all.

What do you want from your computer in the end? Is it to be a game machine, a dedicated folding machine or just general purpose? The more info you give us the more we can help :D

thats basically all i want, the motherboard srewed to the case and a processor but i dont want to install drivers for the motherboard

Ah, gotcha. Well, you can’t install the mobo drivers until you have installed the OS of choice on the hard drive. By that time you have built your new computer. The driver install is probably one of the easiest part of the whole job, which over all is pretty easy to start with.

Even as a beginner I think you will find the overall building process pretty easy. Most of the horror stories you hear/read are people who don’t follow directions.

Checkout the forums here, read between the lines, make some choices and come back. Glad to help you through the process.

Luck
