Computer hanging after login?

I unplugged my Core2duo to replace it with my new desktop. When I set up my Core2duo system again in another room something strange happened. After I log into Windows, the screen just turns black and it hangs there for a couple of mins before finally loading my desktop. I never had this problem prior to moving it, it was fine like that for years.

That just seems to be the only problem. After it finally loads, everything runs normal again.

Do I need to format? :(

Did you have it connected to a network with mapped drive or have something else connected to it (external drive) that is not connected to it now? After a reboot, does it do the same thing?

also double check all the connections inside, to make sure nothing came loose during the move.
