Not sure if this is the right subforum with so many choices but please help 
OK, need some advice
Fresh XP install, old install was for about a year, none of these problems. Same hardware and everything worked in the past.
4 hd's
1 cd/dvd
radeon 1300x
1.5gb ddr
amd athlon 2800
Windows XP sp2 patched
DFI Ultra Infinity II motherboard
I have found it will freeze if there are no applications over the same as it will freeze if there are applications open. It doesnt just freeze when idle it freezes while I am working on stuff. The Event Log doesnt have any warnings/large errors around the time of computer freeze. No 'serious error' message when I have to force the power off and reboot. I just reinstalled the graphics driver for the hell of it.
Is the computer getting too hot? Any idea wtf is going on because I am really getting angry/frustrated
