Yup they work

added the Radeon Xtasy 9800XT Video Card, 8x AGP, 256MB DDR for $500 to my cart

used the UPGRADES code and it showed up $50 less in the cart

I saw they had Raven Shield for $19.99 reg price (no rebates) plus $5 shipping, so I figured after the 15% savings it would be only $21.50. The code didn't work so I called customer service and they said they would fix it within 3 - 24 hours.
