Best place to get them, pricewise? Anything other than jab-tech, sidewinder, and frozencpu? Any experience with shipping from these places? Only have used frozencpu in the past, but it's been awhile.
 
you've covered pretty much the standard places. performance-pcs.com and xoxide.com probably fill out what's left.

jab-tech is pretty much the cheapest i've found and ship pretty fast. same with performance-pcs. and then i use frozen as a last resort to fill out harder to find pieces.

Jab-tech is my favorite for WCing gear. Ship fast and good prices. Sidewinder usually has the stuff that Jab-tech doesn't however, and they also have a good rep. If Sidewinder carried PrimoChill tubing I'd probably order from them more...until then however, Jab-tech it is :).
 
Koolertek and SVC are also two places I would look into, although their selections are somewhat on the small side.
