I've got the parts for 2 new systems at the moment, but I'm juggling these with the parts with my existing rig to form 3 new/different systems and I'm not entirely sure which part goes where. This is where i'm hoping you guys can help me out a little...

The parts I have are:

CPUs:
Mobile 2500+ IQYHA0408XPMW. This is obviously going in my new main rig.
The other 2 procs are a
XP2100+ Unsure of stepping, it is however an older palomino core, so not a great overclocker. And a Duron 1.6 DHD1600DLV1C MIXIB0405RPMW.

Heatsinks:
Thermalright SP97, Main rig.
Zalman CNPS7000a-Cu, secondary rig.
Thermaltake silent boost, server.

Motherboards:
DFI Lanparty B
Abit NF7-S
Gigabyte GA-7VRXP, this is going into the server.

RAM:
2X512MB of KHX3200 going into my main rig.
2X512MB of samsung PC3200, going into my secondary rig.
2X512MB of samsung PC2700, going into the server.

Vid Cards:
Radeon 9800Pro->main rig probably.
Radeon 9800np->secondary rig probably.
GF4 Ti4600->server.

Sound:
all using onboard sound.

Cases:
Antec SLK3700AMB->main rig
Addtronics 7896A->secondary rig probably
Generic mid-tower->server probably.

PSUs:
SilenX 400W -> Main
Zalman 400W -> secondary
Antec True380 ->server

Now the questions are, which MB would work best for my main rig, and which proc do I want in the secondary rig.

I'm looking for the secondary rig to work as a backup gaming system and a PVR, so CPU power is important. At the moment I've got my XP2100+ running at 1846MHz on the gigabyte board and I'm limited by the lack of a PCI lock, so I'm not sure how high it can run. Any thoughts?
