A search has not turned up any decent results and the Chenbro ES34069 case I was going to use turned out to have a flaky seller and I decided to have them cancel the transaction. Noisy power supply, case quality, and price have driven me away.

I'm fine with ITX and not having hotswap available but I'm curious if anyone has yet found a compact-ish case that can handle 5+ 3.5" hard drives and use either ITX or MicroATX. The Antec p180 is the closest I've found that would work but it's still a bit on the large size.

So any ideas, besides fabricating my own?

Omg, thank you so much for that information. That case is near perfect for my needs! I've looked at websites many times with no luck of finding something like this. Too bad they don't yet make something just slightly taller that can hold a matx motherboard though as itx does have some bad limitations.
