comp wont go past boot

I was gone for a few days for a vacation, and upon coming back my sisters computer decided to totally take a shit. Before hand it spit out a corrupt windows installation - i suspected the ram was faulty. This time though, it wont go past this:

Everything freezes - the numlock light does not come off if i press the button. I took the extra ram out and kept only the one i know works.

Board is a BoardBlaster (Intel based board) with a i440bx chipset and a PIII 900 FCPGA in a Slot 1 convertor.

Hey I'm having almost the exact same problem with the same chipset and a slot1 p3 600mhz
