Alright, I am still a bit of a noob at the folding and the one thing I would really like would be a tutorial on all of the switches that might be used. The one on the folding website isnt quite thorough enough for me. Can somebody point me in the right direction?

Also, in which cases should I turn on forceasm and which cases shouldn't I?
