Colder quick Disconnects

I'd like to get some of the Colder quick disconnects and see for myself if the flow rate decrease really hampers performance. I'm using 7/16" tubing However, looking at THIS SITE, I'm not quite sure what i want. There are about 70 different options here, and i'd hate to order the wrong items.

So what two peices did the rest of you use? If it's not too much trouble, the item numbers would be extra helpfull.
 
For bulkhead mounting you'll need these 2;

60814 1/2" Polypropylene Hose Barb Shutoff - 1.86 Lgt - Coupling Insert

For use inline free standing you'll need these;
