Codegen vent vs thermalright xp-120

Does anyone know just how long the side vent on the codegen e-6097 intrudes and if you can retract/extend that vent at all? I ask because I'm going to buy a Thermalright XP-120 + Delta high speed 120mm x 38mm fan. I think either the side vent or back case fan might bump into the heatsink + HS fan.
