Cloudy tubing?

I was running my loop with a high antifreeze mixture (about 50/50). I was changing the water, and once all of the antifreeze was out, I noticed the tubes were much more cloudy. There is also 3-4 pea sized spots on the inside of the tube that are not cloudy. They are still nice and clear.

Is something breaking down the tubing? Is this normal?

My tubing is doing the exact same thing...but I'm running a distilled water/isopropyl alcohol/ idoine mix instead.

The tubes used to be literally crystal clear, and are now are not as clear as before.
 
my dad works a lot with that rubber tubing, and as far as i know it should be pretty normal for the tubes to do that. i'm pretty sure it's just normal "breakdown" (nothin scary, just sort of normal wear and tear on the plastic) in ultravilot-light. sunlight of course has UV light in it too, and that's just what's probably causing your tubes to become cloudy. i'm sure that i could ask my dad later about this, but as for now, i'm pretty sure that that's all the cloudyness is, and the cloudyness has nothing to do with your cooling fluids. (even if you just had a length of tube out in the open with out any water or anything in it, i think that it would still turn cloudy. so it's normal.)

i'm not sure what those clear spots are... but hey... if they're clear... that's not a problem, is it? :)
