Cloudy Lines - help

I recently added a water cooling system to my rig about 2 months ago. My lines have become a little cloudy.

I am using clear tygon tubing, with distilled water. I have added algae gone to my lines to prevent algae from growing. (I have added enough)

My swiftech reservoir is clear, just like in the beginning. I do not think it is an algae problem, what are your thoughts and what can I do?
 
Many questions to answer your question:
Did you clean all your components before install? Radiator residue from manufacturing is usually the culprit.
What parts do you have? Any mixed metals?
How much Algaecide did you add? You only need two to three drops per liter.
 
I added 3 drops. Flushed all my parts with boiled distilled water. I am using bitspowered compression fittings with an apogee GTZ waterblock. I leave my computer off overnight, so why would my reservoir be clear and only my tubes cloudy?


EDIT: I will be flushing my system this weekend, going to take it apart and see if anything built up in any parts. Also going to flush my tubes with hot water(I will be careful since it will weaken them).
 
This is pretty much normal for any tubing over a 4-6 month period... No tubing stays crystal clear for long, unfortunately.
 
Yea, this is inherent to the Plasticizer in PVC or vinyl tubing. As you add heat, the plasticizer starts to leach into your loop and cloud your hoses. You can slow it down but never 100% prevent this from happening unless you ditch the clear tubing and go with either color tubes where it not visually apparent, or Noprene hoses.
