Clockgen program... VIA K8T800 Pro support?

I'm trying to get clockgen to OC my A64 3500+ when it comes in tomorrow but it seems that it only supports the VIA K8T800 non Pro chipset.

Would it still work with the VIA K8T800 Pro chipset?
