Cleanmgr locks up-moved to Raid 0 array

I transfered my W2K system disk to a Raid 0 array and the Disk cleanup locks up on compress old files and never finishes. There is a registry setting that needs to be deleted but I forgot what it was. Any one know?

Run regedit. Find>compress old files. Delete values under that heading. Cleanmgr finishes. I knew that was it but noone here had the info. I may be moving my install around to different size partitions on single or Raid configs. Hope the registry is okay. yeah, just go around and delete values in the registry just for fun. LOL
