well ive started to post more now in other parts of the forum than genmay, and ive had to use the subscribed threads page

i want to clear them out completely, so i can find my stuff better, and limit my interest to recent things. trouble is, i have 40 pages of threads.

is there a way to "unsubscribe from all threads"?

Go into your User CP and look under Subscribed threads....you can choose to unsubscribe or delete the folder there.

What he's saying is that he has 40 pages of threads he would like to delete, but all at once.

Same here :/

Detailed.

Go to CP
Go to List Subscriptions
Far right is a checkbox that says "Notifications"

Click on top box to select all boxes, or only pick the threads you want

at the bottom "Selected threads:"

select Delete Subscription

click go

profit.

Code:
http://hardforum.com/subscription.php?do=viewsubscription&pp=20&folderid=0&type=&sort=lastpost&order=desc&page=80

You can also edit the HTTP:// part, look at the pp=20 part, change it to a new number like 200, then you get more threads on one page, makes it easier to clean up

it looks like 200 is the max you can change it too :)

Np, i knew there had to be another way to do it ;) Just took a couple minutes playing with it!

That is the fastest way to do it though, I just cleaned out 1700 threads.

I have the same problem with a huge subscription list and it's sad there is no option to automatically add a new one or not. I prefer to add if i need to keep trace and the forum allow this.

When I go to my user cp page, it only lists the threads that have been responded to since the last time I looked at them there. So it auto cleans up for me.

And there have been several times that I've found a little nugget of info to add to an old thread that I've started or posted in a long time ago. I like knowing my list is there.

Thanks Kodiak, for having no life and being able to figure shit out for those of us that do. :p

Great bit of info, that little link is now a bookmark for me. :D
