About 2 months ago I cleaned my radiator the lazy way and sprayed dust off into it. Recently I noticed that my idle temps have just been pretty bad, 42C for an OCed 4400+. I decided to completely dissasemble my radiator and the thing was covered with dust!

I cleaned it all out idle temps have dropped 8C. Maybe I'll see a bigger difference under load. Maybe that could explain why my 2750mhz was unstable when it used to be fine... :-P

Good job and good thinking. The dust pretty much kills the airflow through the rad, lowering the rad performance greatly. But at the same time, who can resist a formerly black rad that is now gray :D

yeah..im using an all copper heatsink and I was worrying why my temps were so high... took a can out a sprayed through the fan on my seemingly clean heatsink and the entire top was caked with dust! went from:

38 idle - 60 load
to
32 idle - 44 load
