Cisco 515 Bandwidth Shaping

Is this a possibility on this device? I am needing to put in some type of cap on my data center connection so that I do not have to pay outrageous overage on bandwidth. If this is possible could someone point me in the right direction on setting this up?

In my experience, QoS kinda sucks on PIXes.

You can't shape on a PIX, only police which is something you want to avoid; it causes nasty issues such as tcp synchronization problems.

Shape on a router.
