Cisco 3560 VLAN / Switching question

I have an issue with a setup I'm using where I'm on a management VLAN and User VLAN. On speed tests using the management VLAN I'm pegging out the connection at 2.5Mbs, however with the user VLAN I can only pull 800kbs. What should I be checking/fixing to get users the max bandwidth?

Can you share your config and tell us what is connected to what? Not all the connections, but at least a device in the MGMT VLAN, Users VLAN, and switch to router. Its kind of hard to tell you what to look for without knowing how its configured.
