Does circuit city have restocking fees on returns of video cards?

I got an evga 6800 vanilla last week as a b-day present(tho I especially mentioned 6800 GT dammnit..) Im wondering if I can return it in exchange of a x800pro or get the money back or atleast store credit

Digital cameras, camcorders, desktop PCs, notebook PCs, monitors, printers, scanners and radar detectors must be returned within 14 days of the sale date and (except where prohibited by law) are subject to a 15% restocking fee if returned opened or in a box other than the factory-sealed box.

I did open the box and tried it out (matter of fact running it now)

i just took back an xbox i baught. i had it for a little under a month. they took it right back. they just asked why i was bringing it back. i said i didnt play it anymore. if its under 30 days i believe you can take it back. for certain things they wont take back after like 14 days. perhaps video cards. so im not sure. callem up and ask

I'd consider a videocard a PC upgrade or Peripherial. Because the 14 day w/15% is only specific with those items, make a fit if they decide to charge you.

if u can't bring it back.. be thankful they got u a 6800 for 300 bucks hehe o yeha and if u can't sell it eiother.. unlock those pipes!!!!
