My power finally has been restored after about 55 hours of downtime... :D I'm back guys... Please roll out the red mat...

That's a SERIOUS :eek: amount of downtime for a power outage. Of course you did explain to your power company that they owe you a 55hr .125 kwh reduction as compensation for all your lost WU's :D.

Tell them they can take it as a donation to cancer research....

Well... There were a storm (I was summoning Zeus for more power...) and the branches decided that it would be fun to play with the power lines, poof 108,000 Homes AFFECTED... I'll say it was not too bad but man I'm so happy that the power's back on cause I need the AC so bad... :D The elec's paid for with my rent so no beef about that there and also Pocatello, My name is Jon and not John.

Anyhow, glad it's all well now, and hopefully it'll be a looonnnggg time before that happens again!

With the power being off so long those beers are going to be kind of warm. Glad you are back on line now.

To get that kind of downtime, a transformer should have been roasted by the thunderstorm... It's b1atch to replace it, especially if it also cooked the pole.

Anyway, welcome back and push the mushroom harder than ever to catch the folding train ;)

 
Hey Jon855, you better tell ole' Zeus to chill on the power demos or he's gonna' have the Sierra Club or some other enviormentalist on his tall for screwin' up the flora (tree branches) :rolleyes:
