I can recreate this over and over. I can scroll down to about the "overclock" forum title and it happens. I can only access this thread ..here..if I rapidly..very fast, scroll down, otherwise scrolling slowly never allows me to make it to the bottom of forum page.

I have a list of websites I visit daily and cannot get this to happen on those.

As of right now..6.25 am EST the problem is gone. But as you can see it does exist.

Not trying to spam this but I just want to keep track of the amount of incidence. Maybe a Chrome problem?

Version of Chrome? And also, no other reports of this from anyone else, so I am going to have to suggest it is something up with your install.

Same version I am running with no issues. Have you disabled all your extensions to see what happens?
 
Just looked, try dropping the "/index.php" from the URL.
