Chroma Key editing freeware?

Anyone know of a free chroma key (green screen) picture/video editing software? I'm thinking about doing a little stop motion project and looking to shave time instead of doing an image one by one in photoshop.

Google and Bing are so overspammed I'm not turning up anything that looks legit or worth my time.
