well the chipset cooler on my abit nf7-s rev2 motherboard just died :( so im in search of a new one that will fit. (i dont see my motherboard listed on the abit site to get a replacement)

anyone know of a decent cooler they recommend for this board . my computer is not overclocked so i dont need any extreme cooling options :)

there are aways those zalman ones which run about $10 it has no fan tho but i think it performs pretty well from what ihave herd

the problem i have been finding is i cant seem to find one with the plastic push rods that mount it ..

I just RMA'd my NF-7S version 2 for the bad fan ... it slowed up before it died and cooked the Chipset. It took 2 boards but they finally sent me one without a problem ... They took my old board back with no issues ... So if you are still under warranty and have any doubts about the Chipset ... RMA it.

I assume you are looking for ones with the push pins so you don't have to remove the MB?

Zalman has metal ones, they work.
