OK, the first image is of my rig at stock clock speeds and voltages. That is 2ghz @1.35v on the X2 3800+ after a good run of prime....

The second image is after overclocking to 2.4ghz @1.4v (240x10)....temps go up....and the room this is in is typically a bit warm, anywhere from 77F to 80F. Look ok? Remember, I have a small 92mm radiator, Maze-4 block, Hydor L25 pump, Panaflo Stealth fan pulling through the rad, and it gets its fresh air via the front 120mm intake...the system is very quiet! CPU temps I am not worried about....the PWM temp seems high! What part of the mobo is that sucker? I want to cool it down...

This image is the cooling layout. I have since cleaned up wires but have not taken another pic, no matter, the cooling is identical...

What program are you using to monitor your temps, fan speeds etc..
 
those blue heatsinks to the left of the CPU are the PWM's, the temps seem a little high, you might need more airflow in your case. My PWM on the DFI board run at about 48C idle and not much higher under load.
 
God Damnit, what program are you using to monitor all that stuff.
