I was just pondering what is the cheapest complete cooling solution using water?

I mean you have to have what components? A radiator, fans, cpu block, res, gpu block, and hoses, and a pump, right? Anything I left off for a basic setup?

So whats the cheapest basic setup?

Ok thanks thats what I needed to know, trying to compare a ton of data between effective air cooling solutions, water, TEC, phase change, and a few other inbetween cooling solutions for a project.

You can get cheaper than that (with better performance):
Swiftech 6002
Via Aqua 1300
'86 Chevette or '77 Bonneville heater core (get the Bonny if you have the room) + you make the shroud (or buy one from weapon)
Your choice 120mm fan(s)
Gallon of Distilled water + a a biocide + a little bit of antifreeze (can give you a nice color while protecting any potential corrosion)
T-line
10' Clearflex60 or MCmasterCarr 7/16"id-5/8"od

With some DIY, you can get that setup under $100, and still have very good performance.
