cheapest, highest quality case?

i'm just looking for a good deal on newegg, preferably a black case...power supply is not needed. what do you guys go for when you don't have a lot of money, but still expect performance and quality? i've gone for those $20 cases one too many times, i'm tried of lifting it and feeling it bend.
 
when i dont have a lot of money, I save up more cuz "cheap" and "high quality" doesn't compute.
 
I would probably look around for Lian-Li or Antec cases that have been discontinued by the manufacturer. Although they are not new or maybe they don't have some of the glitzy features current cases have, they are still contructed very nicely and are priced very reasonably if the vendor is trying to phase them out. You maybe surprised that with a little bit more money (less than what you would normally expect to pay for Lian-Li and Antec anyways), it is possible to get a quality case.
