Changing Vcore with Clockgen

Hey ppl. Is there another program that i can change the vcore with within windows. I dont like using corecell as the voltages on there are hardly accurate. And the interface that clockgen uses has no effect. See sig for spec. Cheers
 
voltage readouts are never accurate, scratch some insulation off the inductor, and measure voltage using a multimeter(other probe goes to ground of course, i usualy use my case)
