Is there any way to modify the color of the windows clock without a special program?

Im using a dark background on a clear style... so black on black is unreadable... can anyone help plz

thanks

How about you make a white square on the background right where the clock is.

Or you turn transparency off.

Or you change your toolbar text to white.

etc., etc., etc.

tried some of those but made it look ugly.. I found lclock so im just using that..

I think you need to use a new skinning program (or better yet, the uxtheme.dll trick) or pick a new theme. I use several dark visual styles, and all of them make the clock in white text by default so you can read it.
