change my cpu fan?

My cpu has an 80mm aluminum fan on it and I was wondering if I could swap that out with a plastic fan, since I'm getting some UV stuff. would it not cool as good?
 
i think the question you are trying to ask is "would it not cool as well"

as for that, howabout posting what your current fan is, what your heatsink is, what your CPU is, and what fan you are considering moving to?
