I've been running notfred's in VMWare Workstation utilizing 4 cores per client as in the guide posted here awhile back. Just recently, I've received a couple WUs that only push the CPU to 50%. I don't remember the first one, but it was 3300+ pts, and currently I have a 5101 at 2165 pts.
Any ideas why these WUs are not using all 4 cores?

I just took a look fahmon and my Q9450 crunching on a 5101 is only doing 1500 pts. It has been pulling in around 5600 pts avg. Very odd.

Well im not sure if its specific to a WU, but it seems that you get the best PPD from running 2 cores per SMP instance.

5101 is an a1 unit as well as 5102 which is worth 3340 points (probably the first unit you had). That probably explains the reduced CPU usage since the a1 core doesn't effectively use more than two cores.
